By returning to my painting and other creative work, I am fulfilling a long-held wish. To bring my own – preferably free – works and creative gimmicks into the lives of many people in today’s variety of possibilities.

In my 20s, I worked commercially as an artist for 10 years. With commercial success and international awards. Which meant working almost exclusively on commission at the time. It was nice to be able to make a living from it. At the same time, over time it was stressful and not very satisfying. This is one of the reasons why the proportion of commissioned work that I accept is very small. Of course, you are still welcome to ask about opportunities and conditions.

Due to this dissatisfaction, I turned my attention to other topics. For several years, I was Creative Director of my own very successful advertising agency. Then, with the blossoming of the internet, I found my second great passion alongside everything creative: Advising large and small companies and supporting them with services relating to all online topics. I am gradually putting an end to this and returning to my professional origins: painting and surface design.

I get a lot of support from my family, and sometimes I just can’t do without them. It is very important to me to integrate my professional and private life. Then I don’t have to decide between them all the time.
